Select the Graduation Plan Template according to your catalog year. If you are unsure which catalog you are on, check your Poly Profile under the ‘Career Program Plans’ section. Generally, your catalog year corresponds to the year in which you came to Cal Poly.

If you are on any of the older catalogs (17-19, 15-17, etc.), please use the general template. Instructions are included.
