Mustang Family Weekend 2015 – October 22-24
For the first time, Cal Poly is combining its Parent & Family Weekend with Homecoming and Alumni Weekend festivities. From October 22-24, campus will come alive with events for everyone in the Cal Poly family to experience Learn by Doing, catch up with old classmates, and cheer on the Mustangs. The Orfalea College of Business invites parents, family, and alumni back to see how our unique brand of experiential business education is taking shape today. Register for parent or alumni activities and make plans to attend our college’s events:

| 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. | Poly Canyon Structural Design Laboratory Guided Hike | Meet at Poly Canyon Gate | Known as the “Architecture Graveyard” to students, this guided tour of more than 20 experimental structures built by students and industry over several decades is a great activity for all. Learn about the canyon’s environment, history, and sustainability plan. Bring water, hat, and hiking shoes. No vehicle access or restrooms. Allow extra time for approximately 20 minute walk up Poly Canyon Rd., off of Village Drive. Meet at the upper catenary arch gateway. |
