Wendy Castleman

Wendy Castleman is an expert in design thinking, experience design, and organizational transformation. She teaches the Intro to Design Thinking course.

Wendy is the founder of Developeople UX, LLC, which focuses on helping design leaders spread and elevate the influence of experience design. She was one of the founders of Intuit’s Design for Delight program, the Intuit Innovation Catalysts leader, and was a Design Research Strategist at Intuit for 14 years. Earlier in her career, she worked in experience design at Remedy (now BMC), Motorola, Philips, and Lucent. She also has worked in several startups over the years.
