Stefanie Fischer
Stefanie Fischer joined the Cal Poly Economics area faculty as an Assistant Professor in 2015. She is a labor economist with research interests in the area of education, poverty, health, and gender. Her research uses quasi-experimental techniques to address policy-relevant empirical questions, with a focus on underrepresented groups.
Stefanie teaches the upper-division course Introduction to Econometrics and the master’s-level Labor Economics.
