Jack Wroldsen

Jack teaches courses on the legal, regulatory, technological, and ethical influences on business. His research focuses on legal strategy in entrepreneurship and international business, crowdfunding and microfinance, and intersections of public policy and business. His publications appear in a variety of business journals and law reviews.

Jack previously taught at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and Oklahoma State University Spears School of Business. He also practiced corporate transactional law in Colorado, studied and worked abroad in Argentina, Chile, and Mexico, and taught high school Spanish in Illinois.

Jack has a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and M.Ed. (in teaching) and B.A. (in Latin American Studies) from The University of Arizona.

He and his wife, Carolina, have three children.
