The Orfalea College of Business provides students with an experiential, transformative education that prepares them to meet industry needs while having a positive impact on California and beyond. Investments in our students are investments in industry, providing a pipeline of talented, day-one ready professionals.

Your $25,000 annual investment* Funds will support student success and learning environments*.

    Program Benefits













    • Two social media posts (one fall and one spring) highlighting company.
    • One social media post at onset of donation to recognize gift/partnership.
    • One featured spotlight + job posting in Career Readiness Center Weekly e-newsletter (3,000+ students).
    • Full color logo on college corporate giving website.
    • Full color logo on digital signage in building 03.
    • Full color logo in monthly college e-newsletter (25,000+ subscribers).
    • Hosted networking mixer to meet students and faculty.
    • Opportunity to meet with the dean and key staff/faculty at Annual Corporate Partners Roundtable Meeting.
    • Invitation to participate in career preparation events as speaker or host.
    • Named sponsor for two regional events (spring and fall) with logo recognition.
    • Annual Stewardship Report (Use of Funds).
    • Two complimentary tickets to annual Evening of Green & Gold event (*Fair Market Value $200).
    *Please note that in keeping with IRS regulations, the fair-market value of certain benefits is not tax deductible. The benefits amount of $200 at this sponsorship level will be subtracted from your gift to determine the tax-deductible value and will be reflected on your gift receipt from Cal Poly University Development


    The Orfalea Corporate Sponsor Program creates an opportunity for companies to participate in a mutually beneficial partnership program.

    Through a mutual connection, the college reciprocates benefits to our partners in branding, marketing, promotions, networking, engagement, public recognition, recruitment, and resource access.



    • Offers a dedicated liaison for companies at the college.
    • Partnership aligns corporate goals with those of the college.
    • Creates a detailed plan for companies to maximize benefits.
    • Annual roundtable meeting and impact report illustrates the return on investment.

    Partner Commitments

    • Meet twice per year with Senior Director of Corporate Relations to plan engagement schedule and check progress and level of satisfaction with partnership.
    • Meet once per year with fellow corporate partners and the dean at annual corporate partners roundtable meeting.


    The program is coordinated by the Senior Director of Corporate Relations in collaboration with: Career Readiness Center, Communications Specialist, faculty, staff, and student clubs.

    Annual solicitation every fall with benefits beginning January 1.
