New Curriculum – Start Date is Fall 2005!
Date:
We are attempting to make the transition
to our new curriculum as easy as possible. However,
how it specifically affects you depends upon which scenario you
fall under.
Scenario 1
Completing Concentration requirements by end of Summer 2005. – No
need to do anything!
For all other scenarios you need to choose
which catalog you would like to be on. Please keeping in
mind that you can’t be on one catalog for concentration
and another for everything else – it’s all or none.
Scenario 2
Only need Senior project
and/or Bus 455 to complete concentration. No
need to do anything regardless of catalog. Note
marketing senior projects will now be either 461/462 or Bus 464.
Scenario 3
Still taking some electives. Staying
on old catalog. We will
only have 6 marketing classes in our new curriculum. Since
the old curriculum had 7 total classes to take you will need
to find another class to complete concentration. We can advise
you on what to take. See table
below to see substitutions for old and new curriculum. Please
note that classes only count once towards concentration. We
have listed them in multiple places to ease the transition
Scenario 4
Still taking some electives. Switching
to new catalog. See table
below for substitutions. Please
note that classes only count once towards concentration. We
have listed them in multiple places to ease the transition.
