The graduate programs are designed to prepare students to successfully enter positions of high responsibility. The programs are based on the recognition that future business leaders must function in an environment that (a) places more emphasis on technology, (b) faces more globalization, and (c) places increased importance on societal factors.

Master of Business Administration - Learning Objectives
- Demonstrate an understanding of an ability to integrate general business concepts, theories, strategies, perspectives
- Recognize issues and solutions using an approach that reflects ethical and sustainable values
- Apply analytics to decision-making
- Demonstrate knowledge of the issues involved in conducting business in a diverse, global environment
- Recognize leadership skills and link them to leadership theory, demonstrate effective written communication and oral communication and presentation skills, and demonstrate effective team behavior.
Master of Accounting — Taxation - Learning Objectives
- Research tax literature to identify potential solutions to tax issues
- Analyze and solve tax compliance issues through the application of critical-thinking skills
- Communicate complex tax information and solutions orally and in writing to support decision-making
- Prepare state and federal tax returns for individuals and business entities
- Recognize and apply ethical and professional responsibility concepts in tax practice
Master of Business and Technology - Learning Objectives
- Understand the knowledge base of Industrial Technology in the sub fields of: value chain management; packaging science and technology; technology entrepreneurship and innovation; industrial processes and methods; and the management of human technological resources
- Be able to generated timely and creative solutions by applying decision tools and methods that improve business, technological and human outcomes, in the sub-fields of Industrial Technology
- Understand and be able to apply ethical standards to technological practice and decision-making, particularly in: public safety, health, and welfare; conflicts of interest; the treatment of peers and employees; environmental sustainability; and professional competence and honesty
- Demonstrate written technical communication skills
- Demonstrate skills in the oral presentation of technical information
