MS Business and Technology Degree - On Campus Applied Research and Development Track
Two key descriptors for the Master of Business Technology – Applied Research and Development Track are research and application.
This cohort track is designed for students coming directly from their undergraduate technical degree program (engineering, industrial technology, physical sciences) who want to immediately enhance their employability and applied R&D skills through an appropriate MS program.
This track will be restricted to a limited number of qualified students who will, throughout their program, work extensively with faculty in research and hands-on learning experiences. While their substantive interests significantly overlap with the working professionals track, this track provides a more traditional graduate school experience. Students that elect this track can expect the same high-quality, academically challenging courses as those offered to the off-campus Working Professionals track. Similar to the Working Professionals track, the Applied Research and Development track will incorporate, in some courses, a mixed delivery format. Each course in the track is designed to integrate rigorous learning objectives, reading assignments, developmental activities and performance evaluations expected in a top-tier Master's Program.
