• The main University Commencement is held outdoors in Spanos Stadium, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on each day and last just under two hours.

• Orfalea College of Business individual area ceremonies immediately follow the conclusion of the university commencement from approximately 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m., but again will be directly following the University Commencement.  Please proceed from Spanos Stadium immediately to the area ceremonies; locations shown in the map link below)
  • This is a more personalized ceremony where students will be called by name
  • Located on the lawns outside the Orfalea College of Business (adjacent to Spanos Stadium-approximately a 3-5 minute walk)

  • No tickets needed
  • Seating is first come, first served
  • Traffic congestion can be heavy, it is suggested to allow an hour to exit the highway, get to the parking lots and walk to the stadium.
    • California Boulevard will most likely be closed except for disability access.
  • Parking is first come, first served. Lots for parking and specific disability parking can be viewed by clicking on this parking map link.
    • Parking can be far away, so wear comfortable shoes.
    • Shuttles are available for disabled persons only.
