Dr. Tornatzky has over 100 publications dealing with issues of technological innovation, most recently a book (Innovation U: New University Roles in the Knowledge Economy) on university engagement in regional economic development, and a study conducted with the National Business Incubation Association that benchmarked performance and best practices of technology business incubators.
