Jim Considine (Marketing ’68, pictured here with Dean Christy) was the guest speaker at the recent Manhattan Beach alumni reunion hosted by Chris Strickfaden (Business Administration ’86).

StrickfadenThis was the fifth year that Strickfaden (right) has hosted the Manhattan Beach reunion, and this year it was open to alumni from the entire University. Thank you, Chris – we appreciate all that you do for the college!

Gary McGraw

Gary McGraw, Chief Technology Officer of Cigital, Inc. and author of Exploiting Online Games was a Distinguished Speaker in the Fall 2008 Series for the Orfalea College of Business. He spoke to a large group of MMORPG (massive multi-player online role-playing game) enthusiasts during his visit to the college in October which was hosted by information systems professor Patricia McQuaid. McGraw captivated the attendees with his stories of online game playing and how to turn virtual money into real dollars.
