For all you Smitty fans out there, here he is! Smitty was the keynote speaker at the IT alumni reunion held in May and the alumni turned out to see their beloved retired IT faculty professor. But don’t despair if you weren’t able to attend this event, the students are already hard at work planning the next reunion, we’ll keep you posted. Meanwhile, Smitty is happy and healthy and he and Alice thank everyone for a lovely evening. |

Dr. Lynn Metcalf, Marketing, was selected for the Distinguished Teacher of the Year Award by a committee of emeritus faculty of the Orfalea College of Business. As the recipient of the award, Lynn received a cash award and her picture and plaque will be on display in the College’s trophy case for one year. Lynn has been with the College since 1986. |
