... Quentin Lilly (Business Administration '83) has accepted our invitation to join the Dean's Advisory Council beginning this fall. Quentin is President of Home Entertainment Services for Technicolor, Inc. in Camarillo.

seniors Josh Erquiaga (Information Systems) and Ryan
Santos (Information Systems) came home with $500 and third
place in the Imagine Cup competition nationwide competition sponsored
by Microsoft in May in Redmond, WA. The program will work in conjunction
with the Charity Window (www.charitywindow.org)
website, a senior project headed by OCOB Associate Dean Doug Cerf.
Charity Window was designed and implemented by OCOB students that
allows donors to quickly and easily identify charitable organizations
that meet their donation objectives.
Cal
Poly's Bank of America Low-Income Housing Challenge team,
an interdisciplinary collaboration between the Orfalea College
of Business and the College of Architecture and Environmental Design's
City and Regional Planning department, won first place at the recent
regional competition. Pictured are OCOB students:Left to right: Sam
Dean (MBA), Sarah Hedger (Business), Charles Dellinger (ARCH/MBA),
Race Randle (MBA). The team has elected to donate their
cash prize award of $750 to the Paso Robles Housing Authority and
to Peoples Self-Help Housing.
