Rush Hill (Business Administration ‘69) was elected by the Dean’s Advisory Council as the new council chair. As chair of the council, Rush will preside over DAC meetings, represent the OCOB at President’s Cabinet meetings, and act as the primary contact for the dean with the council members.

SPECIAL THANKS
to Dave Kinney (Accounting ‘85) for hosting the
third annual Orange County alumni reunion. With attendance of 70 OCOB
alumni, this was definitely our most successful reunion to date.
Upcoming
reunions are being planned for
Danville, Sacramento, and Manhattan Beach. We hope to see you there!
Marketing students from the OCOB are teaming with Chevrolet
in the Chevrolet Marketing Internship Program, a unique, industry-education
course where marketing students from twenty-five universities will promote
Chevrolet’s all-new premium compact car the Cobalt to a key target
market – fellow college peers. Students have a $2,500 budget to
help bring their plans to life.

The Honored Alumnus Banquet will be held that evening in Chumash auditorium—we would love to have you join us at the festivities! The homecoming game on Saturday will be against Eastern Washington at 4pm.
